Welcome to Skogra. This store is operated by DODOO 23 LLC, 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States ("Skogra", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of skogra.com and any purchase you make from us.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is yours.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support-wallet@skogra.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

3. Products, Descriptions, and Images

  • We work to describe our wallets accurately, including materials, dimensions, card capacity, and RFID-blocking function.
  • Product photos are representative. Leather is a natural material, so grain, texture, and color can vary slightly between units, and screen calibration affects how color appears. Minor variation is not a defect.
  • We do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse service at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Errors

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
  • We may change prices at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you place it.
  • Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after it is confirmed and charged. If we cancel, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order; it does not constitute acceptance.
  • We accept your order when we ship it. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part — for example because of stock issues, suspected fraud, a pricing error, or an address we cannot ship to.
  • We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount, including tax and shipping. If your payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your order.

7. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be applied retroactively, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We may void discounts obtained through error, abuse, or unauthorized distribution.

8. Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines, rates, and the $50 free-shipping threshold are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to your address. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund you as described in the Shipping Policy.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Our Return & Refund Policy (30 days from delivery) and our 1-Year Limited Warranty form part of these Terms. Please read both before ordering.

10. Customer Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content for marketing and store purposes, without compensation. You confirm the content is yours, is accurate, and does not violate anyone's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or off-topic. We do not offer compensation for reviews and we do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law
  • Submit false or misleading information, or impersonate another person
  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the site's security or operation
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site without our written permission
  • Resell our products commercially without authorization
  • Infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's

12. Intellectual Property

The Skogra name, logo, product designs, site content, photographs, and copy are owned by DODOO 23 LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by U.S. intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The site may link to third-party sites and rely on third-party services such as payment processors and carriers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT FOR OUR 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DODOO 23 LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DODOO 23 LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Informal resolution first. If you have a problem, please email support-wallet@skogra.com before taking any other action. Most issues are resolved within a few business days, and we ask for 30 days to work it out with you.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents either party from bringing a claim in small claims court.

18. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted here with the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The Terms in effect at the time of your order govern that order.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Limited Warranty, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and any purchase.
