Phone lines are open during support hours. Outside those hours, leave a voicemail with your order number and we will call or email you back on the next business day. Email is usually faster, and it lets you attach photos of your order.

Quick Answers

Where is my order?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 6–10 business days after that. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships — tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating. Details in our Shipping Policy.

How do I return something?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a return authorization number, the right return address, and a prepaid label. See the Return & Refund Policy.

My wallet has a defect.
Send us photos. Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, and we cover the return shipping on approved claims.

Can I change my order or address?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering, as long as it has not shipped. Email us right away with your order number.

When will my refund arrive?
Within 5–10 business days after we inspect your return, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 1–2 billing cycles to post it.
